In preparation for the opening of the 2020-2021 academic year, MEITAL held a number of webinars and workshops for lecturers and faculty on the following learning technology topics:
- Assessment design in online teaching – Understanding options for converting final exams into a continuous assessment system, take at home tests, final papers and combinations of all these.
- Learners owning learning – Practical tools and models to help cultivate learners who are aware of learning processes and are able to advance their own learning, as well as evaluations.
- Model for planning and managing online and integrated courses in Moodle
- Planning the first session of an online course
More than 400 people attended these seminars and workshops and expressed a high level of satisfaction. Materials and recordings are available on the MEITAL website.
