Segmentation Hackathon with MATLAB at Ben Gurion University

Kudos to Systematics, the Israel representative of MATHWORKS and marketers of MATLAB & Simulink, on the mini-hackathon it initiated at Ben-Gurion University on January 13, 2020.

The hackathon was part of the Introduction to Image Processing course in the undergraduate Electrical Engineering program, taught by Dr. Tammy Riklin-Raviv. Seventy fourth-year students took part in the hackathon and there were many other students (not registered in the course) who came by to watch, learn and enjoy the competition.

IUCC works in partnership with universities and software vendors like MATLAB, to advance computerization and deployment of information systems in Israel’s institutions of higher learning.
